In this digital age where customer experience is key, brands need to find new ways to
connect to increasingly demanding consumers. F&B realised that by combining digital experiences with personalised
creative and practical advice, is a recipe for success. The brand therefore needed to find a way
to combine this in an innovative way in their retail stores.
INTERACTIVE DISPLAY
THE SOLUTION
We designed a retail solution which perfectly complimented the customer experience ethos of Farrow & Ball by allowing
for a variety of results based on user input, all delivered in a visually stunning manor. With a wealth of assets available to the brand, it was my job to utilise these in an effective way for their digital approach. Our solution used the existing colour swatches used in store and adding
digital chips at the back which allowed them to 'talk' to the interactive screens to deliver personalised recommendations quickly.
When designing and creating this interactive experience, up-most consideration was given to
creating the perfect user flow and easy to navigate experience. This ensures users get the maximum amount
of information and inspiration whilst using the application.
